Dr. Sicherer is board certified in pediatrics and in allergy and immunology. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology, professor of pediatrics at the Jaffe Food Allergy Institute of Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City. He specializes primarily in food allergy. His research interests include the epidemiologic and clinical aspects of food allergy. His epidemiological studies include the determination of prevalence of food allergies in the general population and genetic epidemiology, including a genome-wide search for markers linked to peanut allergy.

Dr. Shah is a board certified allergist and asthma specialist who focuses on the early diagnosis and treatment of allergies, asthma, and related diseases. He has been awarded a dual fellowship by the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology and by the American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology. He is also an author and a publisher of a variety of educational materials including audio CDs, videos and a series of books. The latest is an “AmazingAllergist’s Awesome Book Series for children.

Dr. Strauss has multiple professional affiliations, including Winthrop University Hospital, North Shore University Hospital, South Nassau Communities Hospital, Long Island Jewish Hospital, and Stony Brook University Hospital, where he is Clinical Assistant Professor of Pediatrics. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, Nassau County Medical Society, and the American College and the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology. He has authored and coauthored a number of publications for professional journals. Dr. Strauss has made several TV appearances as an expert in allergy and has been quoted in media publications such as the New York Times.
