ON OCTOBER 1, 2013, 14 YEAR OLD GIOVANNI CIPRIANO, SUFFERED ANAPHYLACTIC SHOCK BY MISTAKENLY EATING PEANUTS. HIS MOTHER RUSHED HIM TO THE HOSPITAL BUT BY THE TIME THEY ARRIVED THERE GIOVANNI HAD STOPPED BREATHING.

Giovanni’s parents were not given the proper training on how and when to use the Epinephrine auto injector. Georgina Cornago Cipriano has become a advocate food allergy awareness and education. She has shared her story on our video.

Every 3 minutes a food allergy reaction sends someone to the emergency room and every 6 minutes the reaction is one of anaphylaxis.

The number of children with food allergies has almost tripled in the past decade alone.

This potentially deadly disease affects 1 in every 13 children the United States. That is roughly two in every classroom.

Schools have a responsibility to keep all children in their care safe. Food allergy education is the only way to accomplish this! Call your PTA and get this workshop in your school.
